I was experiencing some problems with my 1940 international pickup. I called another transmissions company, told them the symptoms, and he quoted me on how much it would cost to rebuild or replace the transmission. I wasn't comfortable with that so I called AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care. I talked to Jason and he told me to bring it in to do an inspection on it. I got a tow truck to bring it to the shop, he kept it inside overnight, and called me the next morning with a quote. He fixed my truck in the same day. I picked up the truck and it was still inside protected. It was only a $200 repair and a transmission overhaul wasn't needed. I appreciated his honesty in taking care of the problem and not trying to make money off of the customer. He didn't take advantage of me. If I need additional service I will be back. I referred him to anyone needing transmissions service.
AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care is great, even my best friends are now using them. I recently used them for repairing an axle on the back of my BMW. They kept me informed, the man was very helpful in the beginning with rough prices over the telephone as a ballpark, and the other company I was considering using wouldn't do that. He was pleasant and helpful and tried to get us out as quickly as possible.
AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care knows what they are doing. They did some transmission work. They also fixed my back window. They also fixed a couple other things. It was all very efficient and they had excellent customer service. I've been a customer for about 4 months and plan to continue.
I would like to say, if didn’t nobody help me Mr. Dan did everything he could to make sure that I had my transmission fixed. Everything was working well anything that was going on or any kind of questions that I may have had he made sure I understood what was going on I will recommend this company this man to anybody. It’s hard to find a great company especially with great people and great excellent customer service
